About this flat

45 m², a king bed in one bedroom, one bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, air conditioning and fast wifi. There is a balcony and a sitting corner; towels, linen, soap and the kitchen basics are there, and the coffee and tea are on us. All four flats have the same plan and the same furniture. The only difference between them is the floor — and since the building has no lift, that difference matters more than it sounds.
