Buyer: the person transacting with the name, address, telephone and e-mail given at the time of booking.

2. SUBJECT

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties in respect of a short-stay booking made electronically at https://galadoosuites.com. The service is the allocation of a flat in the seller's building to the buyer, for overnight stays between the selected dates.

3. THE SERVICE AND THE PRICE

The flat, the date range, the number of nights, the number of guests and the total shown on screen at the time of booking form an inseparable part of this agreement. The total includes the accommodation charge and, where applicable, the cleaning fee and statutory taxes, unless stated otherwise on screen. Prices are those in force at the moment of booking; later price changes do not affect a completed booking.

4. PAYMENT

Payment is taken through iyzico with 3-D Secure verification. Card details are never transmitted to, or stored on, the seller's servers; the seller sees only the outcome of the payment. Bank transfer is possible with the seller's agreement, using the account details provided.

5. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Check-in is between 15:00 and 23:00; check-out is by 11:00 at the latest. Other times may be arranged if agreed in writing in advance. The buyer must present identification on arrival; this is required by Turkish Law no. 1774 on Identity Notification.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival are refunded in full; those made 3 days or more before arrival are refunded at half. No refund is made for cancellations inside the last 3 days. The cancellation terms are recorded onto the booking at the moment it is created; a later change of policy by the seller does not affect an existing booking. Refunds are made to the original method and card; depending on the bank, 2–14 working days may pass before the funds appear.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under Turkish Law no. 6502 on Consumer Protection and article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for accommodation services to be performed on a specified date or in a specified period. Cancellation and refund are therefore governed by clause 6 above.

8. THE BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS

The buyer agrees to stay with the number of people stated on the booking, to leave the flat in the condition in which it was received, and not to disturb the other residents of the building. Smoking inside the flat is not permitted. The buyer is liable for damage caused by their intent or negligence.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

Where the stay cannot be provided because of events outside the parties' control — natural disaster, epidemic, an order of a public authority, infrastructure failure — the seller refunds the amount received; no further liability arises.

10. DISPUTES

The buyer may bring complaints before the Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Consumer Courts. Disputes are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye.

11. ENTRY INTO FORCE

By completing the booking the buyer declares that they have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement. It takes effect on confirmation of the booking, and a copy is sent to the buyer's e-mail address.
