Getting here

From the airport: both are outside the city, 45 minutes to an hour and a half depending on traffic. The easiest is a private transfer arranged in advance — we can book it and you are met at the door. Airport buses run to Taksim, and from there it is a walk or a short taxi ride. By metro: Şişhane station is a 5-minute walk and the M2 line reaches most of the city. The tram stop in Karaköy is about 7 minutes downhill and goes straight to the old city. There is also the Tünel funicular for the days you would rather not walk up the hill. By car: the building has no car park of its own; there is a covered one 200 metres away. Tell us your arrival time and we will be at the door.

How do I book?
Pick your dates and open the flat; the calendar shows the free nights and the panel beside it gives you the total. Enter your details, complete the payment, and the booking is settled with your code on screen. No agency, no commission — you are booking with us directly.
Do I get my money back if I cancel?
Cancel more than 14 days before arrival and you get everything back; up to 3 days before, half. Inside the last three days there is no refund. The terms are frozen onto your booking, so even if we change the policy later, yours stays as it was on the day you booked.
How do I pay, and do you keep my card details?
Card payments happen on iyzico's own secure page with 3-D Secure. Your card details never touch our server — we only see whether the payment succeeded. If you would rather pay by bank transfer, write to us and we will send the account details.
What is the minimum stay?
Most dates take a single night. In busy periods and on some weekends the minimum goes up; if you pick a range that does not work, the site tells you how many nights those dates need.
Can I change my booking?
Write to us and we will look. Moving the dates depends on the new ones being free and may change the price. Things like the number of guests or a correction to a name are usually straightforward. Just quote your booking code.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is between 15:00 and 23:00, check-out by 11:00. If your flight lands early or leaves late you can leave your bags with us — tell us beforehand so someone is there.
